GlobalResolve is the incident reporting and resolution platform for small finance, accounting, and operations teams. We’re part of the FACFO family, alongside FACFO (fractional CFO services) and GoingFractional (the marketplace for fractional finance roles).
The frustration that started this.
Our parent company, FACFO, places fractional CFOs into small and mid-sized companies. Over the years, every CFO we worked with had the same complaint: incident tracking was a mess. Spreadsheets, shared inboxes, sticky notes. When audits landed, our CFOs spent days reconstructing what had happened, who had owned it, and how it was resolved.
We tried recommending the existing compliance tools. They were either built for risk departments at large enterprises (priced and designed accordingly) or barely-disguised checklist apps with no real workflow.
So we built GlobalResolve. The product is shaped by what we wished we’d had: a real lifecycle, an honest audit trail, modern UX, and pricing that doesn’t punish small teams. It’s now the tool our CFOs use across every engagement.
